YOUR FIRST CONSULTATION IS FREE

We are happy to meet with you at one of our locations, including Coquitlam, or Surrey, at NO cost to you. If it is not possible to meet at our office we can arrange a home or hospital visit.

NO UP FRONT MONEY REQUIRED

Wirsig Matheos will pay all disbursements incurred with respect to your claim against your insurer. Some examples of disbursements are costs related to obtaining medical and other expert reports. We will claim this money back (plus applicable interest) from the insurance company when the claim resolves.

OUR LEGAL FEES

Our fee is based on an agreed percentage of the amount we recover for you. If there is no recovery then there is NO fee.
